Ops Manager

You have overall responsibility for, overseeing the service that is delivered to ALT Legal clients, implementing technology solutions to continually improve that service and designing policies to reflect how we operate as a business and our requirement to be compliant under the SRA regulations. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly, our clients are blown away by our work and that our people are spending time on work that adds value to our clients. You will need to be experienced and technically proficient and able to work with a high degree of autonomy on complex matters. You will seek opportunities to join dots for clients across the whole of the Alpaca group as well as identify opportunities to enhance the businesses of ALT Legal and its clients.

We don’t like to have to spell this out, but you really need to have the ability to:

  • build strong working relationships across the whole of the Alpaca group and its clients
  • be a credible member of the team, providing support, clarity, insights and updates on projects, initiatives, and client changes
  • analyse data and deliver reporting that underpins the strategy of the business
  • undertake all tasks associated with role to a consistently high standard

  • be self-sufficient and pro-active
  • identify issues and resolve them by looking outside the parameters of the role or task, seeking input from others in the team. We don’t do Silos!

  • quickly understand our internal and client requirements and respond accordingly in terms of support and solutions
